Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FrontFlows voice assistant and booking platform (the "Service"), operated by FrontFlows. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FrontFlows provides a voice assistant for restaurants that can answer phone calls, manage reservations and changes, respond to common questions, and log call activity. The Service includes a web application for configuration, booking management, and call review.
We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect how you use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for restaurant operators and their authorised staff. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@frontflows.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Free trial
FrontFlows may offer a free trial period, as described on our website at the time of sign-up. Trial terms — including duration, call limits, and feature availability — may vary and are subject to change.
We may suspend or end a trial if we detect abuse, fraudulent activity, or use that violates these Terms. No payment card is required to start a trial unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your restaurant, including opening hours, table configuration, booking rules, and contact details. You are responsible for reviewing bookings, call transcripts, and assistant behaviour to ensure they reflect your restaurant's policies.
When using the Service, you must comply with all applicable laws, including data-protection, telecommunications, and consumer-protection regulations.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
6. Call handling and AI
The voice assistant uses automated speech and language technology to understand and respond to callers. While we strive for high accuracy, the assistant may occasionally misunderstand a caller or provide an incorrect response.
You acknowledge that FrontFlows is a tool to assist your restaurant, not a replacement for your judgment. You remain responsible for your guest relationships, booking decisions, and compliance with your own policies.
7. Intellectual property
FrontFlows and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as greetings, menus, and restaurant information). You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service for your account.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.
Support is provided via email at hello@frontflows.com. Response times may vary depending on the nature and urgency of the request.
9. Fees and payment
Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are presented when you subscribe to a paid plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service where applicable.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service. Refund policies, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrontFlows is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost bookings, or reputational harm — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to FrontFlows in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disabling call forwarding and closing your account, or by contacting us at hello@frontflows.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the Member State in which FrontFlows is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that Member State, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
